What areas do you serve for home renovations?
Northern Virginia (Arlington, Fairfax County, Alexandria and Loudoun County), Washington DC and Montgomery County, Maryland, including Bethesda and Silver Spring. For commercial work we cover 18 states, DC and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
How much does it cost to finish a basement or remodel a kitchen?
It depends on the size of the space, the layout and the finishes you choose. After we visit and measure, you get a written, itemized quote so you can see exactly what is included before any work starts.
How long will my project take?
It depends on the scope and on lead times for materials like cabinets, countertops and tile. We give you a schedule with your quote, and your project lead keeps you updated through the job.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. MY BEST CONSTRUCTION is a licensed Virginia contractor and carries insurance. We can share our certificate of insurance on request.
Will you keep my home clean during the work?
Yes. We protect floors and finished areas, keep the work area organized and clean up at the end of each day.
Can you do just one part of a project, like drywall or trim?
Yes. We take on single-trade jobs such as drywall repair, trim and crown molding, built-ins, interior doors and painting, as well as full renovations.
Do you only do commercial work?
No. We are a commercial and residential contractor. The same crews that build out stores, restaurants and offices also finish basements and remodel kitchens and bathrooms for homeowners.
